I have loved using Agent Pest Control. I like that I work directly with the owner and feel I get good service. The service is prompt and thorough. The supplies used are of good quality. This company is the most thorough pest control company we have used. We had a both a business and home service with Terminix for the past 15 years and they performed basic pest control but they had deficits in billing and scheduling because they are a big, unwieldy corporation. We called Dave to get a bid for comprehensive residential pest control and he came quickly, on time and exceeded our expectations. I called around to almost every pest control company and questioned them all on the methods used to get rid of them. Most companies wanted an annual contract and then only utilized one chemical for treatment and others really could not give me specific information and then could only get started in treatments months down the road. Contacting Dave was a pleasure and he was very knowledgeable regarding my issues with Bed Bugs. He was fast to educate about them and discussed in detail all of the methods and chemicals he utilized as well as methods on how to keep them away for good. Also, he worked with us on payment, which was a blessing for us and though not the cheapest, far from the most expensive and worth every penny.
